IC Microsystems (ICmic) has acquired the Xicor Serial EEPROM product lines from Intersil Corporation, a NASDAQ-100 Index company. ICmic will continue to serve and grow all the existing and perspective customers and distributors’ orders for the Xicor Serial EEPROM product lines.

The products would continue to bear the Xicor product part number and logo and gradually change to “ICmic” trademark and part number.

In this transition period, ICmic pledges to do its best to support the distributors and customers. ICmic has also initiated the restarting of the product line.
