Schedules

We would negotiate a schedule with the customer based on the complexity of the design and a firm delivery date is set. Weekly updates would be given to customers

• We have a non disclosure agreement with the customers and we respect customer IPs.
• All the computers for contract layout services will not be connected to internet or have shared directories with other computers.
• Our staffs would be available from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Special contact after work hours could also be provided.
• The database would belong to ICmic till the due date but the customer can review it from time to time.
• For concurrent layout design service, a schedule is set based on the initial floorplan and the extent of the edits.
