• Perform system design analysis and develop new application related to ICmic's ICs.
• Develop application notes.
• Conduct demo, training and technical presentations.
• Design high density and high speed PCB.
• Prepare documentation on schematic/PCB design, Bill of material, troubleshooting guide, design buy-off and Engineering change control.
• Provide support during pilot run, mass production and test jig development support.
• Fresh candidate with strong applications design ability can be considered.

• BSc or MSc in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in application development.
• Hands on experience in assembly coding and microcontroller based applications.
• Experience in designing digital and analog circuit.
• Knowledge on data converters and RF front end are added advantage.
• Knowledge on PCB design (Cadstar).
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Requirements
MSc or BSc in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years experience in related areas.

2.  Power IC Design Engineers

• ICmic is searching for an experienced and highly motivated individual with at least 8 years of direct design experience in RF IC design.
• Those with track record of complete success in full products development and generating commercial success will have significant advantage.
• Expected to have good experience in use of exotic process of SiGe and/or GaAs. Delivering product in leading edge CMOS, BiCMOS, Bipolar technologies for high performance device.
• The person will be leading a high performance design group focused on RF products and system level solutions targeted at communications and other applications.
• Job responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, market segmentation, product definition, transistor-level circuit design up to the system level, laboratory measurement, packaging to testing requirement.

Minimum requirement is BSEE, and those with MSc and PhD have significant advantages.


4.  Operations Manager 
Responsibilities

• Managing Product and Services to the customers for on-time delivery and defect-free.
• Interface with the outsourced-contractors.
• Managing the package and test requirement.
• Manage the Training/Education Program in the company.
• Develop Production Schedules and Forecast.

• Minimum 5 years in IC manufacturing experience.
• Product, Process and Design Knowledge is an advantage.
• Presentable and able to interact with all levels of customers/companies.

BSc or MSc in Electronic Engineering or related competencies.

5.  Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Design 
Responsibilities

• Design and develop state-of-the-art analog and mixed-signal ICs from customer specification up to mass production transfer.
• Interact with customer to develop product specification and to provide technical supports.
• Verify functional and electrical performances using appropriate tools.
• Validate silicon in lab
• Collaborate with product engineering to develop test and manufacturing solutions.

• PhD, MSc, or BSc in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Has good fundamental in analog and mixed signal circuits including Op Amps, A/D, D/A.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.

• Closely work with Design Engineer to produce physical design and verified layout of analog and mixed signal ICs

• BSc or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience in IC layout. Familiar with layout and verification tools.

Must understand IC fabrication process and how physical layout affects circuit performance.

7.Device/Process Engineer 
Responsibilities

• Interact with foundries to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Interact with foundries to develop suitable processes for custom analog.
• Design and develop unique devices and processes for high performance ICs.

Scale up prototypes to pilot scale. Identify potential manufacturing issues.
Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IC fabrication process.
• Good interpersonal and organization skill.
• Knowledge in SiGe is an added advantage.

• To develop long-term marketing strategy for ICmic for Data Converters, Phone IC, Serial EEPROM and RF Devices.
• Development of Technical marketing and sales organization.
• To Win Design-in.
• New Product Plan.
• To develop sales and distribution structure.
• Pricing.
• Product Promotion.
• To develop marketing/Sales Organization.

• Excellent Technical Knowledge for Analog devices in particular the Data Converters and
  RF Devices.
• Excellent Application knowledge of Data Converters and RF Devices.
• A good flair of marketing.
• Presentable and able to interact with all level of customers/companies.
• BSc or MSc in electronic engineering or related competencies.

9.  EDA/CAD Technical Marketing Engineer 
Responsibilities

• Closely work with Design Engineer to produce physical design and verified layout of analog and mixed signal ICs
• Responsible to introduce Silvaco's advanced TCAD and EDA tools.
• Interact with client to capture user requirements and propose the best hardware and tool solutions. Support technical evaluation and benchmarks.
• Conduct demo and technical presentations. Perform sales and marketing activities.

• BSc/MSc/PhD, in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in IC design.
• Has experience using advanced EDA tools including schematic
  entry, logic and spice simulators, synthesis tools, layout and physical
  verification, interconnect and extraction tools.
• Knowledge on process and device simulators is added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

• Financial Administration - Planning/Forecasting/Sales Transaction
• Price and Costing of Products and Services.
• Investment Promotion.
• Office Administration.

• Master/Degree in Finance & Accounting, CIMA, CACA or its equivalent
  Experience in above job requirements is an advantage
• Knowledge of PC Application Tools - Excel etc.
• Discipline and Good Attitudes.
